Our Sturgeon is another of our seafood offerings. Coming fresh from the Columbia River, the sturgeon is prepared in a brown sugar and salt cure. It carries a more pungent fish taste, as it contains more natural oils, much like salmon does. Nobody prepares sturgeon like we do, which is why customers from all over the country order our sturgeon. It is a wonderful, moist fish, truly the Cadillac of seafood.
